Our mission extends to planning and hosting retreats designed to strengthen and restore firefighter marriages—offering opportunities for both wives and couples to grow together in faith, unity, and purpose.
As we continue to grow, our vision expands to include family retreats where children can build meaningful friendships, experience the love of community, and grow in their relationship with the Lord—creating a foundation of faith and connection that strengthens the entire firefighter family.
Refined by Fire, Inc. began with a simple but powerful truth: firefighter wives carry an extraordinary weight — often unseen, often unspoken, but never insignificant. Between shift work, emotional strain, and the constant unknowns, many wives quietly pour out everything while feeling alone in their journey.
